Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of View Knowledge (the "Service"), operated by Sky Bamboo Capital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

View Knowledge converts documents you upload into structured, visual knowledge cards and exportable decks (HTML, PDF, images). The Service uses large language models to structure content and generate diagrams. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits, Plans and Payment

The Service is sold in credits (1 credit = 1 generated knowledge card) and subscription plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes apply to future purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record ("Paddle"). Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and payment disputes. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms.

Subscription credits are granted per billing period and do not accumulate unless stated. One-off credit packs do not expire. Credits are not transferable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to process; use the Service for unlawful, infringing or harmful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent usage limits; resell the Service without our written consent; or generate content that violates applicable law.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the output generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending relevant text to our model provider). We do not use your documents to train models, and we do not sell your content.

6. AI Output

Output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. It is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Always verify important information against the source document.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature survive (including liability limits and intellectual property) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Contact
