This Privacy Policy explains what data View Knowledge ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. The Service is operated by Sky Bamboo Capital.

- Account data: email address, password hash, plan and credit balance, account timestamps.
- Content data: documents you upload, extracted text, generated cards and exports.
- Usage data: jobs, card counts, credits consumed, error logs, IP address and device information for security.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle. We receive order status and limited billing details (plan, amount, country) but never your full card number.
- Cookies: a session cookie is required to stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Data
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, generate cards (including sending relevant document text to our model provider), provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors and Transfers
We share data with service providers strictly as needed: Paddle (payments and tax), DeepSeek (language model processing of document text), Cloudflare (network delivery), and our hosting provider. These providers may process data outside your country; we use appropriate safeguards where required.
4. Retention
Documents, cards and account data are kept until you delete them or close your account. We may keep limited records (orders, invoices, logs) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Backups are retained for a limited period.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and password hashing. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep it confidential.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., under GDPR/CCPA). To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
